Lucija Novum is charming and refined “all year round” apartment, immersed in the heart of a picturesque fishing town Novigrad. This scenic town is an ideal vacation place or a starting point in discovering natural beauties of Dalmatia. While you may spend most of your time during sunny days on the lovely outdoor terraces, the interior has been designed to create stylish blend of modern and traditional, which charm unites comfort and pleasure for couples, families and groups of friends. The space OUTSIDE The delightful outdoor of Lucija Novum features a spacious (34m2) open air terrace equipped with comfy lounger and parasols perfect for reclining, snoozing or reading, whilst the BBQ and dining table offer the enjoyment of al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The balcony (10m2) on the other side of the apartment, which can be accessed from the living room and both bedrooms, offers a beautiful view of the sea bay and the mountain Velebit. Equipped with lounge furniture it is perfect for outdoor relaxation with a view. INSIDE The main entrance takes you into an airy and welcoming living area with open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The fully equipped kitchen features oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and espresso machine. The living room, which comes with android TV (international channels and paid services Netflix & Amazon Prime) and pull out sofa, offers a view of the sea bay, the mountain and the town. Two bedrooms both with queen beds (in one bedroom the queen bed can be set apart as two single beds) are designed with high glass walls overlooking the sea to present you with the beautiful view when you open your eyes in the morning. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in-shower, washer-dryer and a hairdryer and there is also an additional powder room. The apartment features free WI-FI and AC with cooling-heating option. Throughout the apartment you will find art work all handmade by our talented Croatian artists. Grocery shop, the local marketplace, café bars and restaurants are all in close proximity (30-100m), while the beach is 600m away. Free public parking is available nearby in the street. Note: Restaurants in the town are open only from June to September. While staying at Lucija don’t miss to visit nearby national parks and old towns. Novigrad is situated in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 30km to NP Paklenica, 50km to NP Kornati, 70km to NP Krka and 120km to NP Plitvice Lakes. The ancient core of the city of Zadar is 33km away, while Zadar Airport is at the distance of 32km.
