Due to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home in Porec, where you can enjoy in tranquility ,but at the same time be less than 10 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and many other amenities.The landlord occasionally stays in another part of the villa, but the garden and the yard are exclusively for the guests.Villa Mare Exclusive is a modern holiday villa with a swimming pool, with total living area of 200 m², on 3 luxuriously and designerly furnished floors.
