Zustellbetten impliziert in der Regel eine ausziehbare Couch oder eine andere Form von Zustellbetten. Villa Leo is located in Podstrana, a small tourist resort near Split. A place known for its cultural heritage, wine and olive trees, is also known for its rich gastronomic offer and the beautiful beaches stretching on a 9 km long coastline.The yard size is 1000m^2, and you will surely enjoy the view of the sea and the greenery. The villa is appropriate for 8 people, and feel free to prepare variety of dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. There is enough room for everyone at the table, so you can all enjoy the prepared food.In each of the 4 rooms there is one double bed. If you need a baby cot, it will be provided with prior announcement to the agency. Do you prefer a quick shower or relaxation in the tub? You will choose yourself, because the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Satellite TV is available in the dining room, living room and bedrooms. If there is nothing on the TV that suits you, use a DVD player, radio, and the internet which is available in the entire house. Air conditioning and heating are available in some parts of the house, and for all your valuable things there is a safe.The whole yard is arranged, and you will find a billiard table and a tennis table next to the grill. The unique characteristic that this house has is an outdoor pool that gives you the luxury you cannot experience on a daily basis. Enjoy your privacy away from the city noise, relax in the peace and quiet on a deck chair by the pool and take the opportunity to read the book whose reading has been delayed for years, and for your youngest there is also a swing.Make sure to take your pet on vacation as well, as it is welcome in this villa, but with prior announcement to the agency.Along the sound of the waves and the scents of the pine trees, rest on a pebble beach which is 1500m away. The center of the town is 2500m away, and the store, the nearest public transport station and the traffic road are at the same distance. Nearby you will find a bank, post office, disco, and the restaurant is only 100m away. If you need a berth for your boat, please contact the agency beforehand so they can arrange it with the owner.Beside the parking space for your car, there is also a garage in front of the house. If you prefer traveling by a plane, the closest airport in Split is 35km away.If you decide to rent this villa keep in mind that you will have to pay a deposit of 300 € that will be refunded on your departure if there is no damage. Please let us know the time of arrival and departure (Check-in: from 16:00 h; Check-out: till 10:00 h). For bookings before 30.04. and after 8.10. be sure to check with the agency if the pool is in operation, otherwise the price per day will be slightly lower.Sports and recreation fans can in Podstrana enjoy all the water activities, beach volleyball, mini football, tennis, and many other activities. We are sure that you will be delighted with the gastronomic offer of the city of Split, so we advise you to try some of the specialties of the Bokeria restaurant, Paradigma restaurant or Matejuška tavern. Also visit Omiš, a town at the mouth of the river Cetina, where you can enjoy rafting on the rapids of Cetina, free climbing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and many other activities in the historical sights.
