Holiday house with one bedroom, for up to 4 people, is located only 25 m from the sea, in Vitane bay, on the island of Pašman. Pets are welcome against surcharge. Please state in your inquiry how many pets you are traveling with. This beach holiday home is accessible by car at a distance of 600m to Vitane bay. The road leading to this bay is concreted (up to the last 200m). There is a public parking lot there, free of charge. Guests and their luggage are once upon arrival and once upon departure transported by boat without extra charge between the parking lot and house. The distance between the house and the parking lot is walkable. Electricity and water should be used sparingly here. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom (only a toilet and a sink are in the bathroom). Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, it is recommended to boil it before consumption or buy drinking water in bottles. The water from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. Solar-powered electricity is 12V, so no household appliances may be brought and used, except for battery chargers for mobile phones/laptops. The kitchen, dining room and living room are in one space, which is located on the ground floor, and in which there is a double bed, while the bedroom is located on the upper floor (attic) and is equipped with two single beds. The upper floor is accessible only by an external staircase. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove with 2 burners.
