You leave your vehicle (one per group) on a safe and free parking lot in Biograd na Moru. Private transfer by boat between the parking place and the house once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay is free of charge. Delivery of groceries is possible after each week of stay. All rooms are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, a filter coffee machine, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner gas stove without an oven, a radio, Wi-Fi internet, a TV with domestic channels and a sofa for two people. Running cold and warm water is installed in the kitchen and bathroom (via solar panels).The shower is located in the yard and has a black container, in which the water is heated by the heat of the sun. There is a double bed in the bedroom. Bed linen is prepared for guests, while bathroom and beach towels are not offered. Fresh bed linen is provided after each week of stay. The terrace is furnished and there is also a barbecue in the yard. Water and electricity should be used sparingly here. Given that the water stays in the tank during the summer at high temperatures, if you want to use it for drinking, it is necessary to boil it beforehand. Most guests decide to buy bottled drinking water. Water directly from the tank is suitable for cooking and washing. The 220V electricity is solar-powered - we kindly ask our valued guests not to bring or use their own electrical devices except for cell phone / laptop battery chargers. We recommend that guests bring their mobile phone so that they can contact us in case of need. You can charge your mobile phone at home with your standard charger. Pets are not allowed in this facility. Renting a small motor boat is possible, on request, with the condition that the guest must have a license to operate a boat in open waters. A boat mooring is available at no additional cost. We recommend coming to our agency in Biograd na Moru during the morning to early afternoon, because the transfer to the facility at night is very difficult, it may even be impossible. You only travel to the island after registering with our travel agency.
